Christina discovered yoga in 1999 and began teaching in 2006. She was immediately drawn to the introspective nature of the practice and felt a sense of coming home after her very first class.
Meagan is a 200 RYT who found her practice and passion for yoga while living in Colorado in 2006. Since then Meagan has been teaching and deepening her knowledge in order to make her practice and her classes as safe, fun and authentic as they can be.
Angela began her study of Anusara yoga in 2002. In 2005, she expanded her practice to include the study of teaching yoga. Anusara yoga is a heart centered practice with an emphasis on alignment & the movement of the breath.
Porscha walked into her first yoga class on a rest day in Bishop, CA, and was instantly hooked. She was amazed by the grace and serenity with which the teacher flowed through the class and her background in dance and rock climbing gave her a deep appreciation for the meditation in movement.
Jenna credits her regular practice of Pilates for her ability to keep up with her twin toddlers. Since 2007, when she received her Mat Instructor Certification from Power Pilates, she has enjoyed sharing the many benefits of Pilates with her Moab students.
Courtney found yoga 10 years ago as a way of dealing with the stress and anxiety of college life. She continued her yoga practice and in 2009 enrolled in a 200 hour Hatha Yoga certification program through the Davenport School of Yoga in Davenport, Iowa.
Chrissy Sloan is an Anusara-Inspired and RYT 200 yoga teacher. Since 2001, she has sought mental stillness and structural alignment through her Yoga practice. This quest for a quiet mind, strong body, and open heart led her to teaching.
Star’s journey with the mind and body started at a young age as a result of several spinal fusions.
In 2000 Star began meditation and immediately felt the space it created in her thoughts and in her body.
Lily began practicing yoga 10 years ago as a way to cope with chronic health problems. Experiencing yoga’s profound healing abilities first hand she became hooked and explored many different styles of practice over the years after her first class.
