Ground yourself and create space on the first new moon of autumn. This workshop will focus on breath, meditation and movement, fostering balance in the body, mind and spirit.
Students will learn and practice effective warmups to prepare the body, as well as, pranayama (breath work) and meditation techniques that are safe and accessible for all levels of yoga practitioners.
Lily began practicing yoga in 2005 and is a certified yoga teacher trained in Hatha and Vinyasa with over five years teaching experience.
