Meagan is a 200 RYT who found her practice and passion for yoga while living in Colorado in 2006. In 2008, she completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training course through Sunstone Yoga in Texas. Since then Meagan has been teaching and deepening her knowledge in order to make her practice and her classes as safe, fun and authentic as they can be.
Following her teacher trainings, Meagan studied Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga with Sadie Nardini and completed the Goddess Yoga Project with Sianna Sherman, along with practicing and learning about all different styles of yoga throughout the past several years.
Meagan has been teaching at the Moab Yoga Studio since 2014. In that time she has developed a passion and a voice for making yoga and its more esoteric qualities accessible and relatable to all levels of students. You can expect her classes to have a theme intermingled with a focus on alignment-based flowing movements to help create a deeper connection with the breath and energy of the body.
