The aim of yoga is to calm the mind. Jill believes in practicing with a focus on integrating the mind, body and spirit. She believes that yoga is a practice of healing and growth. Jill will be teaching a Beginner class and a Power Vinyasa class this summer. Whether you are brand new to yoga or looking to be challenged, come and share your practice with her.
In her classes, you can expect a focus on alignment, an air of positivity and a desire to want to challenge yourself. While in Moab, she can be found practicing on her paddle board and doing handstands absolutely everywhere. Jill is an avid traveler, making sure to go international at least once a year. She believes that like yoga, travel also makes a person grow.
