Jenna credits her regular practice of Pilates for her ability to keep up with her twin toddlers. Since 2007, when she received her Mat Instructor Certification from Power Pilates, she has enjoyed sharing the many benefits of Pilates with her Moab students. Jenna cross-trains by riding a mountain bike and using core strength to lift her sons. During rare moments of free time, she loves to read and bake cookies.
A regular dose of Pilates CORE can help keep you strong and balanced, both on and off the mat. In class we will work to improve your flexibility, focus, coordination, breathing and posture. All abilities are welcome, though some prior Pilates or yoga experience can be helpful. See you soon at the studio!
