Strong roots allow us to experience life with a deeper sense of calm, and greater confidence in ourselves. When grounded in the earth and body we are less prone to restlessness, and less affected by internal and external storms.
To grow our roots, this practice will focus on awakening the feet, legs, pelvis, and base of spine. Our work is to learn to embrace support, creating a stable foundation from which to grow. This practice will include chanting, meditation, SATYA, asana, and restoratives.
