Are you intimidated by yoga, think you can’t “do” it or are too stiff? Then this class is for you! I was there….I get it. We will have fun while we breathe, stretch and relax. By learning simple poses using handy props, we will establish a strong foundation, develop proper alignment and center our hearts and minds. You will feel good—I promise!
Humor, nature, and movement have always been my go-to stress relievers and I find yoga celebrates all three! After dabbling with yoga for years, I decided to dive in and become a teacher so I could share the peace and joy it brings me with others. Over time, the subtle strength and flexibility of both body and mind start peeking through—and you soon discover the teacher is in you.
