All Levels |
Open to all levels of students, with different options and modifications given to meet the individual needs of each student. |
Yoga Basics |
Designed for students new to yoga or for those who desire a slower paced class. We will explore basic yoga postures with an overview of the foundation while emphasizing alignment and breath. |
Yoga |
This heart centered class explores meditation in movement and stillness to create a deeper awareness of body, mind and spirit. Classes include mantra and meditation. |
Hatha Yoga |
A balancing class to harmonize the body’s energies through classical postures, breath work and moving meditation. |
Level 2 |
Geared towards intermediate students who already have a solid understanding of basic postures, breath techniques and sun salutations. More advanced postures and sequences are introduced requiring a bit more strength, stamina, and flexibility. |
Lunch & Prana Flow |
An hour long class that warms you up and gets your breath and blood circulating, leaving you renewed and invigorated. |
Pilates |
Improve your flexibility, focus, coordination, breathing and posture with this CORE class. All abilities welcome, though some prior Pilates or yoga experience can be helpful. |
Gentle Yoga |
Gentle yoga uses restorative and classic poses to open, tone, and warm up the mind and body. This allows for a comfortable pranayama (breathwork) practice followed by deep relaxation and/or meditation. |
